My wife and I had a significant landscaping project to replace an existing timber retaining wall that was rotting. We knew it would be a difficult, awkward job on a hill next to a creek involving an engineering plan, Cobb County permits, moving a storage shed, taking down and putting back up an existing fence. Additionally we wanted to add a new retaining wall with stairs on a hill in our front yard. We wanted to make that hill more manageable, while adding a new garden area.
